UPDATE: Found the Oct 12th Backup I made and I’ve managed to bring this beast of a site back to life. I can sleep tonight.

terrible news!

i was working on a totally different website.
i gave the new MYSQL database the same name as the this one.
i thought this would make things easier for me…since i’m used to the name
and i thought since it was under a new domain name it wouldn’t be a conflict

this was a terribly stupid thing to do

my old database with over 1,400 unique entries was replaced by the new one with the 1 “hello world” entry
and i realized it seconds later

so that’s why my database is gone

i only have a few entries back

i still have all my pictures
and their correlating dates of posting
but that’s it

one by one i get to re-add them

the good news is
in frustration of trying to find my backed up files
i made myself late for school
then i drove a little fast
and got pulled over

well
i got a few tickets

one for speeding
one for expired tabs (which im just waiting for them to show up in the mail…though i was way late in ordering them)
one for no proof of insurance (i AM insured so i just have to mail that in and this one goes away)

this is good news because… i don’t have to be as mad at myself. i can be mad at the LAW instead.
