This is a building that my grad school would like to be in.
We are putting together a proposal to the city of Minneapolis that currently owns it, and no longer wants to deal with it. The building has many issues that need to be fixed (drainage, abatement, etc.)
I believe that this rhubarb bouncer is a sign that we will get this building.
